We are opening the first international summer volunteer camp "Kalingalinga" in Lusaka,Zambia from 15 to 25th of August.
The age of independent volunteers should be 14 or above,but we are also welcoming families with kids 7 years old or above.
The official language spoken in the camp would be English at least at an intermediate level.
Organiser:
Zambian charity organization "Women Empowerment and Development Community",which had been operating since 2020.
Projects of the foundation:
1. Financing the education of girls in schools
2. Development of skills for teenage mothers
3. Teaching chess for girls and mothers
4. Developing creativity
5. Sunday school for girls
Location: Kalingalinga Compound in Lusaka, Zambia.
Comfortable temperature in August around 23 C°, no rain.

During the camp,we are planning to work on the following projects:
1. Development of the Kalingalinga Compound's infrastructure.
2. Lessons and workshops for girls.
3. Creating and visualizing the compound's map.
4. Popularization of biotechnology for cleaning of septic tanks and dug pits in the area.
5. Shooting of film about Kalingalinga girls.
6. Organizing a library in a school in Kalingalinga.
Conditions and budget for participants:
5 permanent volunteers from Zambia will work in this project.

For each participant there will be provided:

8 night stay in 3* hotel with breakfast,air conditioner and other facilities in the rooms. Double accomodation per room.
One full meal
Lunch and dinner everyday
Transfers/Transportation
All of the materials needed for lessons
11-day programme
+ 3 nights in a hotel with breakfast,safari,cruise on river,one full meal a day,transfers.
Settling in the 4* hotel with African animals in the area of the hotel on the Victoria Falls.
The volonteer pays all their expenses.
